The referral program was updated recently. The way it works now is once someone who signed up under your referral link pays $25, you will receive $25 in DigitalOcean credits.
Until they have paid $25, they will show up as "Pending".
Hi! You can find this information in the FAQ:
You will receive your account credits after your referral completes $25 of billing. This typically occurs no later than the 15th of the month.
