Postfix- Can receive but not send e-mail

I have installed Postfix on Ubuntu 12.04. I think it’s properly installed since I can receive e-mails.

Also, I can send e-mails for the same domain. It work.

But when I try to send e-mails to outside domains, I always get this messages:

Feb 22 13:14:40 elusive postfix/smtp[15728]: connect to ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.com[173.194.68.27]:25: Connection timed out

Feb 22 13:18:43 elusive postfix/smtp[15738]: connect to mx.webstorm.com.br[186.233.145.212]:25: Connection timed out

Hi, Also have same issue able to received mail but can’t send to other domain getting return mail with same error, i have a Ubuntu 12.04, 64bit, and i have install zpanel everything is working fine only mail is not able to send. how to open ticket in your system can you share me that link Thanks Ramiz
