Problem with .htaccess

hi , i have a problem with my file .htaccess the url friendlys not working . i create a virtual host why i have a problem " sudo unable to resolve host eligeturuta.com.ar " when I create the virtual host , it works ok. But my .htaccess not working link : http://eligeturuta.com.ar

my virtual host is in

var/www and

before created in

var/www/eligeturuta.com.ar/public_html.

My .htaccess is in var/www

Where do you see that error?
