Hello,

To better assist you and identify the root cause of this issue within your server, could you please provide the following details?

  1. Droplet Information: Which operating system and version are you using on your droplet? Additionally, what’s the Droplet size and datacenter region?

  2. Server Configuration: Are you using any specific server stack (e.g., LAMP, LEMP, MEAN)? If you’re using a one-click app from DigitalOcean, which one is it?

  3. Recent Changes: Were there any recent updates, software installations, or changes made to your droplet or its configurations prior to encountering this issue?

  4. Error Logs: Any relevant server error logs or detailed error messages would be invaluable. These could be from your web server (like Apache or Nginx) or database server (like MySQL or PostgreSQL).

  5. Frequency of the Issue: Does this error happen consistently, or is it intermittent?

  6. Steps to Reproduce: Can you provide a step-by-step description of the actions you took leading up to the error?

  7. Database Details: If the issue relates to a database, what type and version of database are you using (e.g., MySQL 5.7)? Also, how is it configured (locally, a separate Droplet, DigitalOcean managed database)?

  8. Backup & Snapshots: Have you taken any recent snapshots or backups of your droplet? If so, did you try reverting to a known good state?

Feel free to share any other information as well!

Best,

Bobby
