You should stop being part of a botnet that is DDoSing people.
Most likely your droplet has been compromised, so you need to check your droplet to see if you've been hacked, then fix it.
This usually involves blowing it away and restoring from known good backups

You can check iptable logs for connection information.
You can also setup CSF firewall on your server and use it to block unwanted incoming and outgoing traffic.
