Request For help on Phising Droplet Unblock

Dear Tea, Greetings of the day,             I am very very much unsatisfied with your service, as I’m waiting for 48 hours to solve my server issue. Someone uploaded phishing content on one of my websites. I immediately removed It, also I’m ready to delete the panel also. I know this could be done by my competitor or my Client. I will dig It.  As of now, We deleted the requested file. For the future, we are planning to install Malware Blocker or Security Software on WHM/Cpanel. But as of now pls unblock our site as my business brand is happening & We spent lakhs of RS in GAds, Marketing, so everything is wasted.  Kindly understand the complexity of the situation, as per the information available you teamwork 24*7, & provided 24 hours to solve the issue, then why It’s taking long? I choose Digital Ocean over Google Cloud & AWS for better Server, Support. Pls show me the positive site.

Also suggest to me how to deal with this kind of situation in the future, what legal steps I can take, & monitor who is doing this with me. Thanks & Regards,Orosys Pharma Pvt LtdLeading CNS Medicine in India.
