I configured the load balancer, but there is a need to appeal to one of the Droplet, for example putting in the request Cookies. Can it be done?

As of right now, there’s no way to specify which requests go to a specific server in the cluster if you’re using the managed LB service provided by DigitalOcean. You’d have more flexibility using NGINX as a load balancer and rolling your own, though you would be responsible for managing it and setting it up.
