server taking way too long for a snapshot
Our droplet is 32G/320G. We’ve been trying to take a snapshot and the process has been running for over 100 minutes. During this time of course, the server is offline. We need to get it back online. So, we need the snapshot to complete, or to stop the process.
Support is non-responsive to out tickets.
Anyone else experience this? If so, how to resolve?
