Setting up 3 static low traffic websites

Hi! :) I am new to Digital Ocean. I keep three low traffic static Wordpress websites. Presently they are hosted in a VPS that runs with CWPanel. I need to streamline this, and not worry anymore with firewall settings, and the like. I just want to have those 3 websites running. They have around 6 static pages each. I wonder if Digital Ocean can host them and if you take care of server security, firewall, Lets Encrypt SSL renewal and the like, while I can focus on my core business. No command lines needed, just a button to setup each website with you quickly, like with Softaculous. If possible, a good CDN available. Any advice is welcome :)

All DigitalOcean Droplets are unmanaged, meaning that you would need to take care of the server management like installing security patches and updates.
