Should I allow to user upload images in my Laravel4.2 public folder

I think DO provide 20 GB storage if I allow to user to upload images in my public folder ,may be in future my storage may be reach to 5gb and my project file increase so , its ok or to allow to user upload images in my public folder

You certainly can allow users to upload content to your droplet. It is important to ensure that you do so in a secure way (usually by setting up a sub-folder with proper permissions to prevent any mischief).
