I have a Ubuntu 12.04 32 bit droplet that I’m planning on running a script that required the Ioncube Loaders to run. Should I install zPanel before or after I install the loaders onto the droplet? I didn’t install the LAMP stack yet.

just dont install zpanel

IMHO, you should not install zPanel at all.
