Over five hours for a snapshot to be taken is simply hours to much. This is very frustrating, i have to get back online NOW! Fiver hours or however long it takes is just not good enough, especially when we can’t cancel the task, the server is just locked and down. I’ve written a support ticket an hour ago and marked it truly urgent, and there is still no answer to that either. This is practically unacceptable!
