I have searched for and am unable to find information on the release schedule for the spaces service in other regions. Specifically I am looking for Toronto (where my droplet(s) are hosted in this instance).
Can anyone shed light on this or point me in the right direction?
Thank You!

We do not have a timeline for Spaces to come to Toronto just yet. Our initial roadmap for Spaces was designed with an aim to roll out Spaces with the widest geographical coverage. We started with NYC3 to cover the east coast of North America. Next we launched in our AMS3 region for initial coverage of Europe. Last week we went live in SGP1 for coverage in Asia. Next stop is SFO2 for west coast coverage. We’re planning on being up and running there in Q2.
Beyond that, we have not committed to a solid timeline for additional regions, but we are constantly reevaluating based on demand and user input.
One data centre with spaces in Canada would be great. I can’t use DO spaces for any of my government projects because of Canadian policies regarding where data is allowed to be stored, eg. no storage in foreign countries. I’m having to use S3 for everything because they have a Canadian centre.
