We have a web solution where we would be creating subdomains at runtime. abc.domain.com def.domain.com etc… Now We have the SSL certificate installed for domain.com, I want to ask how do we ensure that same certificate works for all subdomains as well that will be created in future dynamically.
We have a LAMP solution deployed on a droplet in DO. Kindly advise and help!!!

This can be achieved using a wildcard SSL certificate.
You can use Let’s Encrypt along with certbot to get a free certificate.

Well, there is one pretty easy and cool way and that is using certbot. Certbot provides you with Let’s Encrypt certificates which are free.
