What will be the Starting budget for the Following Django Python Project ?
My site will do the following things:
I have around 1000 plus images (not all will be called from the database)
Database Used is PostgreSQL
Users can register either through social media or My website.
Users can like or share the image on other social media websites. but CANNOT upload Images.
Only the Admin can upload Images for now.
Will use Redis for cache and celery to send emails for user registration.

This should be possible to run on a $5 Droplet however personally I would go for at least 2GB of RAM.
If you need more resources, later on, you will be able to upgrade your server at any time.

In my opinion, you can start with a minimum Ubuntu droplet on Digital Ocean. It is quite easy to setup on digital ocean.
