Stuck at "We are now creating your droplet"

Finally after 4 years later comes the solution to fix this problem. To destroy the droplet which is stuck in creation mode, click the droplet and move to destroy tab and right click on destroy button and select inspect Elements and remove/delete the “disabled” text from the destroy button class which should be highlighted.

You cannot cancel a droplet creation, however, you will be able to destroy it once it’s created.

I have created a bunch of droplets - and this only happened once… in the long run - it’s a minor inconvenience. It is not ideal. Might as well start researching how you are going to set it up in the meantime.
