You can use Certbot. Certbot is a service that installs Let’s Encrypt SSL which is free for use on your Droplet and even adds it to your configuration.
Depending on your WebServer (Apache/Nginx) the steps are a little bit different. Having said that, DigitalOcean have written a pretty useful tutorial for both scenarios which should help you out.
