My website is hosted on hostinger with 8 GB ram and 100GB ROM but when users visit website becomes slow. So i want to switch to other is digitalocean can handle traffic

Yeah, DigitalOcean can definitely handle that kind of traffic. In general it tends to be more consistent and predictable compared to shared hosting setups.
With DigitalOcean, you get dedicated resources, so you are not competing with other users on the same machine. That alone usually makes a big difference for performance and it only takes 30-40 seconds to spin up a new DigitalOcean server. You can also scale up your Droplet in seconds if you need more RAM or CPU.
If you do not want to manage too much, App Platform is also a nice option, it handles a lot of the setup for you. And you can add things like a managed database or caching later as your traffic grows.
So yes, moving to DigitalOcean is a solid step if your site is starting to outgrow shared hosting.
