After following the guide from https://marketplace.digitalocean.com/apps/wordpress?iframe=true&ipAddress=157.230.35.45#getting-started, I’m having connection failure and error “The page isn’t redirecting properly” when I try to load my IP address. Also done with setting up SSH, and DNS on Cloudflare where I bought my domain. At first when I load my IP address it was still showing the “Login to SSH droplet…” but now it’s just connection failure. When I ping my domain it also shows different IP Address. It has been 12 hours since I followed the guide. Do I need to wait for at least 48 hours for the DNS to sync?

Since you are using CloudFlare, you IP address will be masked and Cloudflare IP addresses will be displayed so that is not to worry.
SSh to your Droplet and see if your Apache(webservice) is running, check how it has been configured /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/, see if you have a symlink tt /etc/apache2/sites-available.
