Ticket irresponsibility and humiliation

I have been creating tickets for almost three days and my tickets are closed and deleted without any help, is there really no authority on this platform to help me? Every time I ask for help they give me the same answers and they close and delete my ticket against my will.

Can you share some of your ticket’s references so that I can ask support to take a look at them and give an explanation as to why it’s being closed?
We here in the community don’t have access to that information so it will be hard to help in that regard apart from asking the support for more details.
