We are not currently looking for new translators for tutorials. We have worked with some translators to translate a few of our articles but at this point our tutorials are primarily English.
All our tutorials are offered under a creative commons license. As long as they are not used for commercial gain and DO and the original author are credited you are free to publish translations yourself.
