What is the reason for this report?

Uma loja com plugin e-rede, ao finalizar a compra é apresentado um "Internal Server Error", sem código. Tem bloqueio no servidor?

Como não há comunicação entre a loja e a operadora do cartão, não sei se existe bloqueio no servidor nas comunicações.

Plugin instalado corretamente; Dependências instaladas corretamente.

There should be more information in your logs which could help you with further troubleshooting rather than the generic 500 error.
