Unable to create droplet. New user.

Hello guys.

I am unable to create droplet. It says my account is locked? I already payed 10$. What should I do?

  • Check your email, there should be one automatic verification link where you need to input few details about personal info in order to validate the activate the account..

    If you dont have that, use the contact support link to open up a support ticket..

    Its a common issue

Hello. I have checked my email. They said they need my photo and my id and my credit card used to purchase. I have sent what they need and still waiting for their response.

  • In general you should allow a day for their staff to go through those details.. Usually that it wont be that long but if you get no response after a full day, then follow up with another reply there in that support ticket !!
