Unfortunately a large percentage of debit or prepaid cards sign ups were used for fraudulent or abusive accounts. So we no longer support them as payment methods. PayPal is available if that is an option for you.

Wow this is ridiculous

I am a developer based in Nepal. I can’t create international credit cards. Neither can I create a Paypal account. I do all of my online transactions with Payoneer MasterCard. I’ve been a long-term AWS user who liked DigitalOcean for some obvious reasons. Now that I can’t access any of the interface with my current account, it will take sometime to migrate my and all of my clients’ servers to AWS. Or, is there any alternative way I can get in?
