Unverified account limitations

Volume sizing and droplet sizing limitations are useful for limiting bad actors and abusers but are currently driving me nuts. Can someone help me? Support has yet to respond. I am trying very hard to use DO for some of our solutions, but I keep hitting roadblock after roadblock.

I am also unable to change billing information.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Our card issue has been resolved. I just checked again and the volume limitations were still in place.
