Upgrade drop memory and disk

I made a 1gb increase of memory / 25gb of disk to 2gb of memory 50gb disk on my server, but did not change the disk space.

Still with 25GB disk

On the droplet resize page there are two types of resizing available.


The default option allows you to quickly scale your RAM and CPU but not your disk. This type of resize can be rolled back later if needed.

The other option also resizes your droplet’s disk. Because shrinking disk partitions can result in data loss, this type of resize cannot be undone.

To get your 50GB disk space, return to the resize page, select the other type of resize and your 2GB/50GB plan and your disk will be scaled up.
