"VNC Enable" event still processing...

Hello. My droplet have error in account. "VNC Enable" event can't be completed and loader always show me a "Your event is processing...". I tried to reboot droplet by ssh but no results. May be it need to hard reset or else? HELP ME PLEASE!

Hello, Right now our engineers are aware of the issue on the backend and are currently investigating it. Once it is resolved normal events such as VNC Enable should be resolved.
We are currently having this issue as well..
