Hello. Please let me set all straight, this is not DigitalOcean support but rather a community supported forum where you can get help in the form of advice.
As such I can see your domain kristal.store is pointed to the DO IP of 159.89.251.83.
Visiting both http://159.89.251.83 and http://kristal.store result in the same error. I suspect that your web server is currently not running. You can try restarting your droplet and see if that resolves the issue. Or issue the start/restart commands of your webserver.
I personally use NGINX and the command for that is
sudo service nginx restartIf no errors are returned then you should be good.A simple google search should return the command you would use to restart Apache. I apologize as I do not use this application enough.
If not, then you may need to look at your firewall. Be it the DO cloud firewall and/or is you have something like UFW installed and ensure the proper ports are configured.
DigitalOcean Firewall https://www.digitalocean.com/docs/networking/firewalls/
UFW https://linuxize.com/post/how-to-list-and-delete-ufw-firewall-rules/
Hope that helps
