  • Hello. Please let me set all straight, this is not DigitalOcean support but rather a community supported forum where you can get help in the form of advice.

As such I can see your domain kristal.store is pointed to the DO IP of 159.89.251.83.

Visiting both http://159.89.251.83 and http://kristal.store result in the same error. I suspect that your web server is currently not running. You can try restarting your droplet and see if that resolves the issue. Or issue the start/restart commands of your webserver.

I personally use NGINX and the command for that is sudo service nginx restart If no errors are returned then you should be good.

A simple google search should return the command you would use to restart Apache. I apologize as I do not use this application enough.

If not, then you may need to look at your firewall. Be it the DO cloud firewall and/or is you have something like UFW installed and ensure the proper ports are configured.

    DigitalOcean Firewall
    https://www.digitalocean.com/docs/networking/firewalls/

    UFW

    Hope that helps
