I dont think its open source, or at least I haven’t seen it but I do recommend;

or
https://Flarum.org

Both are amazing in my opinion

Hi @FrancisPBaker, agreed this is one nice piece of software, I wish to have them installed too, but couldn’t get any decent information of it. Probably, I might go with http://discourse.org instead.
