So I followed this tutorial. I am using bedrock and roots theme on my localhost. tutorial
I just installed ruby on rails.
Now I am confused what to do :
nginx, capistrano ?
I want to just deploy wordpress from my localhost or how it is working ? :(

There’s no need to install Ruby on Rails if your goal is to get WordPress up and running on top of Nginx. Though it is needed if you want to use Capistrano to deploy your local development version to your remote VPS.

It may be simpler to just connect to your droplet over SFTP (using something like Putty if you’re on Windows) to upload your local WordPress files. Capistrano is only needed if you want to set up an automatic deployment process. Let us know how it goes!
