when i log to my domain without www it work,when with www.xxxxxx.com it doesn't ??

If you had posted your domain name I could have verified that this is the case, however it sounds like you don’t have a www DNS record on your domain. Add a www DNS record.

You’re DNS record should just have the subdomain, not the whole domain. You can also use a CNAME:

Record Name Target
CNAME www @
