We don’t have an explicit ETA for Postgres 12 at this time, but we’re actively working on supporting it. It’s coming very soon, along with a tool that enable in-place upgrades for major versions, so you can expect to upgrade from an existing Postgres 10 or 11 service to Postgres 12 with zero downtime.

Managed Databases now supports PostgreSQL 12.
