Where would I find where our website went?

We had it and Digital Ocean was hosting it and now it doesn’t show up. I’ve been told it is a coding error and should contact our host, and am getting no where.

Hi!

Unfortunately without more information, it’s extremely hard to answer this question.

DigitalOcean provides unmanaged virtual servers, and does not directly administer websites. Was this a site set up by a contractor? You’ll need the credentials for the account that owns the server.
