why i can't why i can't access my cpanel?
It looks like it's not running.
What control panel are you running? WHM/cPanel uses ports 2082 and 2083 for domain/customer access and 2086 and 2087 for WHM access. It appears you are trying to reach port 2002 on your droplet.
i use the webuzo panel

What is port 2002 supposed to be?
yes i use that port
Then SSH in and fix it.
Try restarting Webuzo. Log in to your droplet as root via SSH and run the following command:
sudo service webuzo restart
