I have seen a few questions on here where people say that Digital Ocean aren't charging for extra bandwidth. Is this still the case? Will my connection speed be restricted if I do?

Yes, we're currently not charging for bandwidth.
Will my connection speed be restricted if I do?
No, your connection speed will not be limited if you cross your bandwidth limit.
