Would it be possible to access any backup or old snapshot again?

Hello there.

Our droplet has been deleted in the past months, because we could not perform the monthly payment due to problems on our card. Therefore, our website data has been deleted too. Would it be possible to access any backup or old snapshot again?

Hi,

As far as I can see in the official documentation, backups are taken once weekly for each Droplet where they’re enabled and are retained for four weeks:

https://www.digitalocean.com/docs/images/backups/

So this means that if you’ve not been using your account for more than 4 weeks then your backups are not longer there.

What I could suggest is just creating a new droplet and uploading your project again.
