It is a common WordPress error that may be caused by a plugin or incorrect settings. However, it leaves users locked out of their WordPress websites which makes it particularly troublesome.
The ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS error happens when a browser can’t connect to the correct server of your website. As a result, the website sends users into a redirection loop that will never come to an end.
In some case, You need sets headers that nginx sends to backend. Add the following directive to your nginx.conf:
proxy_set_header X-Forwarded-Proto https;

What is the exact error or issue that you’re experiencing when trying to access the admin area?
If you have made recent changes you can try to revert them in order to regain access to the administrator panel of the site.
