When i am not using my drplets and your usage space why deduct my balance.

If you are in possession of a droplet, the disk space and virtual machine is allocated to you regardless of whether it is switched on or off. Therefore if you own a droplet, volume or space in your account, you’ll be billed for it regardless of whether it is powered on or off.
