Hello,
Yesterday morning, my account was locked. The warning message said that a Support Ticket was created regarding the issue, but NO, no ticket was created.
So I created a ticket asking the reason. Because nobody replied, I created two more. Until now, no answer from the Security Tem.
There is no phone number for support. And my tickets are not replied and the problem is not solved. I feel talking to the wall. I don’t know what else to do!
What should I do? Create a forth ticket about the same issue? I am posting in the comunity expecting that someone tell me what happened and what to do.
I am really upset with Digital Ocean services. I am a customer for more than 1 year, and I would never expect to be treated like this.
I make a living with my online business, and ALL MY WEBSITES are out. There is nothing I can do to solve this, because no one tells me whe problem and no one replies my messages.
It takes more than 24 hours for a “24 hour support team” to tell me THE REASON?
Guilherme.

Have DO got back to you yet?
I’m afraid this is the reason I wouldn’t trust DO with critical or important data. They’re fine for testing stuff yes, but otherwise…
I agree with Woet about not running commands you don’t understand. Same goes with blindly copy/paste commands from the Internet. unblocked games
