I do reboot my droplet and after that my website can’t open. I try curl from the droplet my API and it’s working fine but request from outside it seem not possible

Weird that it is working when you do a curl from inside. Usually, when a reboot is done not all services start as they haven’t been enabled prior to it.
See if Apache/nginx is running. Also, see if your firewall is actually blocking access on port 80/443.
