I have increase droplet size so after that i can not connect SSH or SFTP.

Most probably the network of the droplet did not start. You can try and enter your droplet via the DigitalOcean’s console and restart the service from there.
You can get to the DigitalOcean droplet from your Control Panel and then the Access menu for your droplet. You’ll need your root password in order to login to it.
