Question

After restarting droplet, GoDaddy no longer redirects to my droplet

GoDaddy was redirecting my website fine and everything is working 100%. But i had to restart my droplet and now the DNS redirecting is not working anymore. I also verified that my server is running in my droplet. Any suggestions?

Hello there,

Can you verify that the DNS is configured properly? You can use our DNS lookup tool and verify that the DNS records are okay.

https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tools/dns

If the A record is pointing to your Droplet’s IP address then you can check all the services on your droplet have started after the droplet was rebooted.
