Hi there,
The $10 charge is actually a temporary authorization hold, not a real charge. It is used to verify the card and should drop off within a few business days depending on your bank. You have not been billed.
The “something went wrong” screen combined with payment verification being stuck suggests your account got flagged during the verification process, which can happen on new accounts. This is not something that can be fixed from your end.
Since the support ticket is not getting a response, feel free to share your ticket id here.
Heya, @ryananemone
What you’re probably seeing is a temporary authorization hold, not an actual completed charge. The money is usually released automatically after verification succeeds or fails.
You can share the ticket ID number so we can get this forward for you.
