Yes, you are able to see the bandwidth of each Droplet individually. To do so, you can go to your Control Panel. From there click on the Droplet you want to see the bandwidth of.
Once the page loads, you’ll see a graph of the bandwidth your Droplet has used. You have statistics for the past hour, past 6 hours, past 24 hours, past 7 days and past 24 days.

Outbound data transfer is shared between your Droplets each billing cycle. If the outbound transfer exceeds the amount included with your Droplets at end of the cycle, you will be charged $0.01 per excess gigabyte.
