Having an ssl error on kyhaircut.com (Just a random domain I am using to practice and test things with until I get it right.)

Site works fine via ip and via http … just having the issue on 443.

I would recommend following the steps here on how to secure an Apache webserver with Let’s Encrypt on Ubuntu 18.04, it exactly matches your current setup:
Also as Matt mentioned, your domain name needs to be pointed to the server IP in order for Let’s Encrypt to be able to validate your domain.
