My server was used for a botnet attack. My first attempt to fix this problem was updating my ubuntu and zpanel. Is there any updated vulnerability scanner that I could use to find the point of entry? Thanks.

I have been using a tool/scanner called rkhunter with good results for a couple of years, there are proberly much more advanced one out there, but rkhunter helped me out a few times for sure.
