How many concurrent can I expect to handle on a $5 droplet? Our primary stream is only 64kbps and I see the bandwidth allowed is 1tb, however I doubt this is the only concern on server resources.

As far as I can see from the official documentation, it is recommended to have at least 2GB RAM:
