Im using NFS that share storage between Server1 and Server2 (both of them is on Digital Ocean Server) if i do high network traffic (i.e scp huges file from Server1 to Server2 ) , it’s that count my bandwidth transfer usage? or my Bandwidth Transfer just from Digital Ocean Server to outside? Thanks

They don’t currently monitor your bandwidth usage at all at the moment so I wouldn’t worry about it.
If you’re using Private Networking between the servers, then this is unmetered; you can use it as much as you see fit (Fair Use probably applies) Currently WAN Bandwidth usage is not available, while this is the case, WAN Bandwidth is also free, even if you go over your monthly allocation. Once WAN Bandwidth usage data is available they will probably start charging for going over your included amount.
