I do believe that DigitalOccean is an awesome hosting provider available in the industry and is also an economical option. I am also using digitalOcean server from last two years. I have a wordpress based website which is hosted on DigitalOcean dedicated server and it’s been working fine for me. Although, I am not using the conventional server. Instead, I am using the managed digitalOcean server which is powered by Cloudways. Now, I want to set up a VPN on the remaining space of this server. But, I am not sure if it is possible or not. Please let me know how is this possible.

You can definitely host your own VPN server on Digital Ocean, you have two options here:
1- Use Digital Ocean managed VPN server from the marketplace found here
2- Setup your own VPN server by following the tutorial here
