Hi @daydreamzeus,
FFMPEG is something you’ll need to install. As such it’s not related to the size or resources of the droplet. You should be able to install FFMPEG on any of the droplets without an issue!

Yes, you have root access to Droplet so you can install ffmpeg in any plan.
